Personal Information Protection Policy

KNH formulates this policy to prevent harm on personality rights, and to facilitate the proper use of personal information, committing to comply with the statutory and regulatory requirements. The collecting, processing or using of personal information shall not go beyond the purpose of collection and I shall be legal and reasonable, and the information shall be handle in accordance with the principle of bona fide, trust and fair.

1. KNH may collect and process the personal information with respect to the relevant laws and regulations for the purposes of business only. KNH shall advise the Party the time periods, areas, objects and way of use of his/her personal information according to the law when collecting.
2. KNH shall establish and maintain records or inventories for the personal information collected, processed or used, adopting proper security management measures to prevent them from being stolen, altered, damaged, destroyed or disclosed, ensuring their security and accuracy.
3. KNH respects the statutory rights of Party with regard to his/her personal information. If international transmission is needed, it should be taken in a legal, appropriate and protected way.
4. KNH shall develop and implement the regulation and system for the personal information management and  enact the duties and accountabilities for the internal and external related, as well as to allocate management persons or organizations to protect personal information.
5. When commissioning to the third party to collect, process or use personal information KNH shall properly supervise the commissioned entity and ensure the regulation and system for the personal information management adopted by the entity meet the requirements of the regulations and contracts.
6. KNH shall ensure that exception handling is limited to permit of Personal Information Protection Act and Enforcement Roles of the Personal Information Protection Act.
7. To the extent required by applicable law, you are entitled to obtain information on the processing of your personal data, access your personal data, object to or restrict the processing of your personal data, make use of your right to data portability where applicable, and have your personal data rectified or deleted. You are also entitled to withdraw at any time the consent that you have given with respect to the processing of your personal data.
